Spec 및 활용분야

원리 및 특징
    · 고온(6000K)의 Argon Plasma로 원자를 들뜨게 하고, 이 때 방출되는 빛을 분광하여 광전증배관으로 검출하며 이를 원소의 정량, 정성분석에 이용한다.
구성 및 성능
