원리 및 특징
    · 모든 물질은 그들이 갖는 고유한 자기적 성질이 있고 이런 자기적 특성은 외부에서 가해준 자기장이나 온도에 따라 변화하게 된다. 이 변화를 Josephson junction (Phys. Lett. 251 (1962))을 이용하여 정밀히 측정할 수 있다. Magnetic Property Measurement System(MPMS)
구성 및 성능
    ○1.7∼400 K variable temperature
    ○(-5.5)∼(+5.5) Tesla variable magnetic field
    ○detectable magnetization : 2emu∼1.12micro-emu(emu = Gauss/cm3)
    ○최소 온도 유지: 1.9K
    ○105emu에서 5emu 영역에서 16번의 측정반복 가능
    ○DC 스캔 길이: 87mm
