Spec 및 활용분야

원리 및 특징
    · X-선이 어떤각도 θ로 결정표면에 부딪칠 때, 표면의 원자층에 의해 X-선이 산란되며 산란되지 않은 부분의 X-선은 원자의 다음층으로 침투하는데, 그 일부 X-선은 다시 산란된다. 일정한 간격으로 놓여 있는 결정 중심에서 생기는 이런 산란의 종합적인 효과가 X-선 회절이며 입사하는 X-선이 Bragg 법칙을 만족할 때 얻어지는 X-선 회절상으로 무기물의 조성분석 및 결정 구조를 분석한다.

    ○ X-ray generator : 3㎾ (Cu anode)
    ○ High temperature attachment (실온 ∼ 1600℃)
    ○ Low temperature attachment (80K ∼ 620K)
    ○ Thin film detector 장착으로 박막의 측정에 용이
    ○ Twin vertical goniometer system

    ○ 박막, bulk 및 분말 무기물 시료의 결정상 측정
    ○ 분말회절상을 이용한 결정구조: 토양, 암석 내 광물 및 각 광물의 결정구조 분석
    ○ 합성 화합물의 구조분석(소재공학): GaN, Ni-Fe, Mn-Cu-Co 산화물 등의 합성 화합물의 구조 분석
    ○ 합성물의 결정성분석: 시료 크기 범위(~20㎛) 이하의 결정 또는 비결정질 물질인지의 여부 분석
    ○ 유물의 과학적 연구 지원: SiO2 및 주요 점토광물의 구조 분석을 통한 기와 및 도자기 등 유물의 제작 온도 등의 연구
