원리 및 특징
    본 장비는 자외선으로부터 적외선에 이르는 광대역 분광영역에서 전자전이 및 진동전이로부터 기인하는 흡수 분광 스펙트럼을 관찰할 수 있는 장비로 유기/무기 시료의 성분 및 구조 분석이 가능.
    Single spot 스렉트럼 분석과 특정 진동 모드를 이용한 시료의 영상 분석을 동시에 수행 할 수 있어 화학, 물리학, 생화학을 포함하는 기초과학 분야와 반도체, 디스플레이, 재료, 전자, 통신 등 공학 전분야에 걸쳐 응용이 가능한 다목적 분석 장비임.
