Spec 및 활용분야

원리 및 특징	· HPLC나 syringe pump에 의해 이동하는 액체를 대기압하에서 모세관 끝부분에 수천 볼트의 높은 전기장을 걸어 이온화시키고, 생성된 이온을 질량분석기의 고진공영역으로 유도한다. 이온화 과정에서 다수의 전하를 가지는 분자이온이 생성되므로 고분자량 물질의 분자량 측정이 가능하고, HPLC같은 분리장치와 연결이 용이하다. 또한, iontrap 분리관을 이용한 MSn 구조분석이 용이하여 미지 물질의 화학구조결정이 가능하다.
