원리 및 특징	· 형광물질 염색에 의한 세포내 신호전달물질의 실시간 분석이나 세포내에서 발현된 단백질 위치 분석, 세포구조 등을 관찰할 수 있으며, 세포내 small molecule들의 실시간 이동상 분석 및 시료를 광학 절단하여 내부를 관찰하여, 재합성에 의한 다중화상에 의한 3차원적 분석
