원리 및 특징	미소영역(수 마이크로미터)에 대한 정성 및 정량분석장비 - 가속된 전자를 시료에 충돌시켜, 시료로부터 발생되는 X-선의 종류 및 세기를 검출하여 시료의 구성원소를 분석하는 장비. - 주로 미소 영역의 표면(수 마이크로미터의 넓이 및 깊이)의 주 구성성분 및 미량원소에 대한 정성 및 정량분석장이며 선분석, 면분석 및 상태분석 등의 응용분석이 가능함.
