Spec 및 활용분야
원리 및 특징
    · 전자빔을 시료에 주사하여 시료로부터 발생한 이차전자 및 X-ray를 검출하여 고분해능의 이미지 및 성분분석이 가능한 장비이다. UHR FE-SEM은 주사전자현미경으로서는 세계 최고수준의 공간분해능(0.4nm @ 30keV)과 STEM(0.5nm @ 30keV)을 발휘하고 있다. 이를 활용하여 기존의 FE-SEM으로 정확한 분석이 힘들었던 10nm 이하의 나노입자, 나노박막 등의 표면·구조 분석 및 EDX를 이용한 정성·정량을 분석할 수 있다.
