Spec 및 활용분야
원리 및 특징
    ○ 투과전자현미경
    - 고체를 대상으로 하며 미세영역 혹은 초미세영역에 대한 이미지 관찰, 성분분석 및 구조분석을 주로 하는 장비임.
    - 전자현미경 중에 전계방사형은 초미세 영역에 대한 구조 및 화학분석에 탁월한 성능을 보이는 장점이 있음.
    - 에너지필터를 장착한 에너지여과 투과전자현미경은 기본적으로 EELS를 활용한 모든 분석이 가능하며
    또한 이미지나 회절도형의 대비를 증가시켜 각종 회절도형의 미세한 정보획득에 용이한 장점이 있음.
    - 본 전자현미경은 초미세영역 분석에 강점이 있는 전계방사형과 EELS분석이 가능한 에너지 여과장치를 장착한 뛰어난 성능의 장비임.
    - 적용가능 분야는 물리, 화학, 생물, 지구과학, 공학, 농학, 의학 및 소재개발 등 광범위하게 활용되고 있음.

    ○ 격자 분해능 : 0.1 nm
    ○ 에너지 분해능 : 0.8 eV (Zero loss FWHM)
    ○ 시편 기울기 : 45° (Tomography : 75° )
