    강릉센터가 보유하고 있는 X-선 회절분석기 미소 시료 검출 및 시료 자동화 시스템(Micro Sample Analysis and Auto Sample Changer System for Multi-purpose X-ray Diffractometer)은 500 ㎛ 크기를 갖는 X-ray beam으로 미소 영역 분석이 가능한 마이크로 회절 시스템으로 시편의 미세구조 특성에 관한 결정 정보 분석이 가능하다. 그리고 In-Situ Hot Stage system으로 상변화에 따른 결정구조 정보를 즉각적으로 분석할 수 있다.
