Spec 및 활용분야

원리 및 특징	전계방출 투과전자현미경(FE--TEM)은 전자빔을 조사하여 시료의 표면, 단면 등을 고배율로 확대하여 형상분석 및 구조분석 장비이며 EDX를 이용하여 시료의 정성, 정량분석을 하는 장비임. 나노사이즈의 입자크기, 박막두께, 구조분석 및 성분분석을 고배율로 확대하여 분석하는 장비임.
