Spec 및 활용분야

원리 및 특징	Single Crystal X-ray Diffractometer System은 X-ray generator, X-ray tube, Goniometer, Detector 등으로 구성되며 단결정으로 구성된 반도체, 고분자화합물, 무기재료, 광물 등의 결정성과 결정도 등을 측정하는 장비를 지칭한다.
