원리 및 특징
    본 수차보정 투과전자현미경은 기존 투과전자현미경 기능 외에 추가로 주사전자빔의 분해능이 보정되어 향상된 주사투과전자현미경 분석이 가능한 장비임. 추가로 실시간으로 열적,전기적,기계적 환경을 인가하여 나노재료의 동적인 변화를 관찰하고 연구할 수 있는 장비임.

    The Cs-corrected STEM is a high-performance TEM with field emission cathode and Cs-corrector for analysis at the atomic level in materials science. In addition, in-situ TEM experiment provides dynamic nanoscale research with a real time monitoring.
