Spec 및 활용분야
원리 및 특징
    XPS는 일정한 에너지를 가지는 X선(광자)을 시료에 쬐면 시료로부터 광전자(photoelectron)들이 방출되는데 이 광전자들의 운동 에너지를 측정하면 광전자를 시료로부터 방출하기 위해 필요한 에너지인 binding energy를 알 수 있다. 광전자를 방출하는 원자의 고유한 성질인 이 binding energy의 측정으로부터 원소의 정성 및 정량분석, 그리고 화학결합 상태 등을 분석하는 기법이다.
