Spec 및 활용분야
원리 및 특징
    시료의 표면, 단면, 나노스케일의 입자크기 분석 등을 고분해능(1.0nm @ 15kV)의 SE 이미지 분석을 수행한다. EDS를 이용한 정성, 정량분석의 화학분석과 EBSD를 이용한 시료의 texture와 같은 구조분석이 가능하다. 이와 같은 이미지분석, 화학분석, 구조분석이 시료의 같은 지점에서 동시에 분석가능하다.
